David Grossman comes from an extensive litigation background in both federal and Georgia superior courts. At the firm, David represents condominium and homeowner associations in a wide range of litigation matters, including general liability tort suits, breach of fiduciary duty claims, covenant enforcement actions, and delinquent assessment collection lawsuits.
Prior to joining the firm, David practiced civil rights litigation as an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Georgia, Department of Law. Before permanently moving to Atlanta, he was born and raised in Florida where he practiced in the Complex Litigation section of the Florida Office of the Attorney General. Between his time in Georgia and Florida, David has litigated everything from First Amendment free speech issues to multi-million-dollar inverse condemnation cases. He is also a member of the Community Associations Institute of Georgia and currently serves on the Public Relations Committee.

David is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Florida. He has been admitted to practice and has litigated cases in Georgia superior courts, all federal district courts in both Georgia and Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
